- Complete the registration forms.

This short test will give us a snapshot of where your skill level is right now.
It will test your skills in:
Literacy and Basic Skills Class
This class will help you get the skills you need to reach your goal. Work with our instructors and tutors to learn important skills like:
- Understanding maps and charts
- Speaking with confidence
- Computer skills
- Planning and goal setting
- Working as part of a team
Our classes are open to everyone, but all of our materials were made with First Nations culture in mind. We work closely with the Ontario Native Literacy Coalition and Ningwakwe Learning Press to ensure that our resources are culturally sensitive. We also host workshops with guests from First Nations communities to provide traditional learning.
This program will allow you to apply for most jobs and colleges that require a grade 12 education. It test your knowledge and skills in the following subjects:
- Essay Writing
- Social Studies
Members of our Literacy and a Basic Skills Class can begin working on GED material in any subject area once they have the skills they need to succeed.
Online Secondary School Credit
Our community partners at Contact North and Quinte Adult Education allow us to provide high school credits online. This is a good option for mature students, or people who only need a few credits to graduate. It is also a great choice for people who need a specific credit in order to get into college programs with a GED. Members of our Literacy and Basic Skills Class can begin working on any high school credit once they have the skills to succeed.
Members of our Literacy and Basic Skills Class who wish to enter the work force directly have access to our Employment Services Team once they are confident that they have the skills to succeed in their employment and career goals.
These short interview and skills assessments are perfect for people who know that they are looking to upgrade their education, but aren’t sure which program in the City of London is the best fit for their particular needs.
