ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

eSupply Canada Ltd. is an Indigenous-owned online distributor of office, janitorial, and industrial supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) that serves Indigenous communities and businesses, industry, and governments with access to over 1,000,000 products from over 1,000 leading manufacturers. Due to our rapid growth, we are currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and assist with the day-to-day operations, including administrative, social, and financial duties. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, have high energy, be able to provide superior administrative and customer support, and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the accounting department while assisting the CEO with project execution.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries

  • Oversee all customer invoicing and payment collections

  • Create social media content across various platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Coordinate and manage social advertising

Requirements

  • Ability to manage tasks independently with little to no supervision

  • Advanced computer skills — MS Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks

  • Professional , calm demeanor with excellent customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented, ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
